In order to focus explicitly on the relationship of the inside/outside interface represented by the walls in the rooms of The Hollywood Suites, I made images of the portals and re-assembled them as photographs in an "art-viewing" context. These were large b&w prints of doors and windows, selenium toned and mounted on aluminum panels.
